The common area on the ground floor is a great place to meet fellow travelers and relax after a long day of exploring. The location near the main train station makes it convenient for getting around the city. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the stay more enjoyable.

The noise level at night can be a bit disruptive for light sleepers.

The rooms are a little stuffy.

It was in December, it was very cold in the room, heating didn’t work.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. the location was superb, right next to the train station. the buffet breakfast was good value for money.

The staff at reception could have been friendlier and more welcoming. the en suite bathroom in the room was inconvenient when shared by six people.

The hostel was in a prime location, right across the street from the central train station. This made it convenient for exploring the city and getting around. the rooms were spacious and had a table where you could sit and chat with your roommates, which was a nice touch. Lastly, I appreciated the luggage room provided by the hostel for backpackers like myself, making it easier to store our bags.

The noise level at night. There were often groups of young people gathering outside the hostel and talking loudly, which could be disruptive if you're a light sleeper.

I found little red bugs inside the room. Lucky for me , in my last day.

I had a fantastic stay at Wombat's in Munich. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, giving great recommendations and directions. The location was perfect, close to the train station and old town, making it convenient to explore the city. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, with super friendly staff serving me. The room was spacious and had safe lockers, perfect for a backpacker like me. The hostel offered free walking tours and paid guided tours, which I highly recommend. I would definitely stay at Wombat's again.

I recently stayed at Wombat's and had a great time! The location is ideal, just a 5-minute walk from the main train station. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a bathroom included. I loved that each bed had its own plug and light, and there were individual lockers for added security. The staff was friendly and spoke English well. The hostel also had laundry and kitchen facilities, and the breakfast offered a variety of options at a reasonable price. The bar was a fun place to hang out and meet fellow travelers.

Would definitely recommend this hostel.
